01Scope
This Cancellation Policy applies to every subscription sold by REILink, LLC (“REILink,” “we,” “us”) through REILink and Apex Vivus, including monthly and annual plans and additional-site add-ons.
It is incorporated into, and forms part of, our Terms of Use. Where this policy and the Terms of Use conflict, the Terms of Use control. Cancellation and refunds are separate: see the Refund Policy.
02How to Cancel
To cancel, email support@reilink.com from the email address on the account, stating which subscription or site you wish to cancel. We will confirm the cancellation and the date your access ends.
You can also cancel yourself, at any time, from your dashboard: Apex Account › Subscriptions — choose Cancel next to the subscription you want to end. You will see the exact date your access ends before you confirm, and we email you a confirmation. Until that date you can undo the cancellation from the same place.
Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. A cancellation request received after a renewal charge has been processed applies to the following term — the term you were just charged for is not refunded. See the Refund Policy.
03When Cancellation Takes Effect
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing term. Until then:
- your account, sites, and data remain fully available;
- no further charges are made after the cancellation is confirmed; and
- the term you have already paid for is not pro-rated or refunded.
We do not terminate access early on request. If you need your site taken offline before the term ends, tell us and we will arrange it — this does not change what you have been charged.
04Annual Plans
Annual plans are billed in advance for a full twelve-month term. Cancelling an annual plan stops the next annual charge; your access continues to the end of the twelve-month term you paid for, and the unused months are not refunded.
05Free and Discounted Trials
A trial converts to a paid subscription automatically at the end of the trial period. To avoid being charged, you must cancel before the conversion date. Cancelling during a trial ends the trial and no charge is made.
06Additional Sites
Each additional site is billed as its own add-on subscription. Cancelling one additional site stops billing for that site only at the end of its current term; your primary subscription and any other sites are unaffected. Cancelling your primary subscription cancels the additional sites attached to it.
07Your Website & Data After Cancellation
When the term ends, the sites under the cancelled subscription are taken offline and stop serving traffic. Leads, contacts, and content you created remain in our systems for a limited retention period of 30 days, after which they are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Export anything you want to keep — leads, contacts, and content — before your access ends. Once the retention period elapses, deletion is irreversible.
You may request deletion of your personal data sooner, and exercise your other privacy rights, as described in our Privacy Policy.
08Domains
A domain you registered through the Platform is registered in your name with a third-party registrar and is yours; it is not cancelled when your subscription is. Its registration fee is non-refundable (see the Refund Policy), and you remain responsible for its renewal with the registrar. To move a domain away from the Platform, email support@reilink.com and we will provide your authorization code and unlock the domain for transfer.
Your free *.apexvivus.com web address is part of the Service and is released when the subscription ends. It may be reissued to another customer.
09Cancellation, Suspension or Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account or any site, with or without notice, as set out in the Terms of Use — including for non-payment, or for breach of the Terms or Platform Rules. Fees already paid are not refunded when an account is terminated for a violation.
If we discontinue a plan or the Service itself, we will give you reasonable notice.
10Reactivation
You may start a new subscription at any time at the then-current rate. If you reactivate within the retention period described in Section 7, we will restore your sites and data where technically possible; after that period, your data is gone and a new subscription starts from a clean account. Reactivation does not restore a *.apexvivus.com web address that has since been reissued.
11Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with an updated date and, for material changes, provide additional notice (such as on the Platform or by email). The policy in effect at the time you cancel governs that cancellation.
