Just like you do not need to know how a car works to drive one,
Apex Vivus does it all for you.

Stay to the end and you get my step-by-step plan to close a wholesale deal in 30 days, free. It sells for $3,500.
60 minutes with Jerryll Noorden: how Apex Vivus handles every one of these for you.
Most people spend a year trying to learn the answers to these questions, and that is exactly why most of them never do a deal. You do not have to learn any of it. Here is what answers each one for you, and why it beats the way most beginners are taught to do it by hand.
Answers you will never need to memorize.
Most beginners lose their first deal on bad numbers: repairs guessed too low, an ARV pulled off a website, an offer that leaves nothing for them. Apex Vivus puts the same standard behind every step, so your repair estimate, your offer and your fee are worked out the same way a seasoned investor’s would be. You and a ten-year pro can walk the same house and come back with the same report.
Beginner or pro. Same report.
No more guessing on your first deal.
How do I get good leads?
Most “we buy houses” websites say the same thing to every seller, so they reach none of them. An Apex website first asks the seller what is going on (facing foreclosure, an inherited house, tired of being a landlord) and then shows them a page written for exactly their situation. That is why they fill out the form, and you get the lead with their address and situation already filled in.
Tried a website before and it did not work? You did not try an Apex Vivus website.
Your website already knows the seller’s situation. The AI-powered CRM uses it to write and send the right follow-up messages on its own, so someone facing foreclosure and someone who inherited a house each get messages that fit them. When the seller is ready, the walkthrough shows up on your calendar.
What if I want more leads, right now?
Your website can take months to rank on Google. Driving 4 Deals works today, and it is free with every account. It plans your route past the houses you have in mind, up to 25 stops in the quickest order. Spot a tarp on the roof or mail piling up? Tap Save this house and you get the owner, their equity and the warning signs from public records before you pull away. When you walk in, Start estimate turns the saved house into an EstiMate project, so the repairs are priced from your own price list. You pay for an owner’s phone number only when one turns up.
How do I estimate repairs?
Point your phone at a room. EstiMate pulls every repair line item out of the pictures (cabinets, counters, floors, drywall, lights, paint) and puts a quantity and a price on each one, using your own prices or prices from your area. You do not need to know what anything costs, and you do not need to wait on a contractor.
How do I know it is actually a deal?
Deal Room puts the property data, the houses nearby that actually sold, the after-repair value, the repair estimate and your deal math on one screen, already filled in. It tells you whether to go after the house or walk away, before you drive out.
It already knows the seller. The conversation on the left is the one your website already had with them. Their address, situation and name came over on their own. Nothing was typed in twice.
What the house is worth, three ways. From county records, from Zillow, and from houses nearby that actually sold. It also shows what the owner still owes, so you can see if they can afford to sell.
The sales behind the number. The houses nearby that actually sold, with their sale dates and price per square foot. Real sales, not website estimates.
The most you can pay. $180,000 for this house, and 100 buyers who would buy it at that price. You know this number before you drive out, and it updates every time anything above it changes.
Hi. I got your letter about the Bellaire house.
Thanks for calling back! Is the property still vacant?
Yes, since my mother passed. We just want it handled.
Understood. Could I walk it Thursday and get you a cash number?
Thursday works. Afternoon is better.
Perfect. 2pm. Roof and HVAC are what I’ll look at closest.

How much do I offer the seller?
Start from what buyers will pay, not from a formula. OfferAid™ works backward from what cash buyers in that area actually paid for houses like this one, subtracts the repairs, and gives you an offer that still leaves you a profit.
The numbers are already filled in. The after-repair value came from Deal Room. The repair cost came from EstiMate when you took the photos. The asking price came with the lead. Your tools share their numbers, so the deal is already on screen.
How sure each number is. Blue is the number. Red is how far off it could be. Tell OfferAid where a number came from and it adjusts: an after-repair value you guessed could be off by $20,000 to $30,000, one from an appraiser by only a few thousand. You don’t need to understand the math. Tell OfferAid your situation and what you want, and it does the rest.
One click, five offers. It starts from what cash buyers in that zip code actually pay, subtracts the repairs, and makes sure you still get paid. You get five versions of the same deal. Sell fast and you make no fee, but 189 buyers would buy it. Go for the most profit and you make $87,000 more, but only 28 buyers would.
Exactly what you make. Pick one and you see everything: what you offer the seller, what you keep, what the buyer makes, how many buyers fit, and the price you sell the contract for.
| Mode | Offer | Fee | ROI | DAP | Buyers |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Fast sale | $140,000 | $0 | 69.6% | 76% | 189 |
| Custom | $140,000 | $25,000 | 48.6% | 72% | 169 |
| Match | $140,000 | $25,000 | 48.6% | 72% | 169 |
| Balanced | $160,500 | $45,500 | 23.5% | 44% | 104 |
| Profit | $140,000 | $87,000 | 13.7% | 28% | 28 |
How do I know a buyer will buy it?
Buyer Match and the Repository put your deal in front of the cash buyers who buy houses like this one, with what each of them can pay. You do not need a buyers list to start, and you never have to blast strangers. Buyers check the contract using their own numbers, so the ones who reply are ready to buy.
Every buyer on one chart. Each dot is a cash buyer and the most they can pay. The dashed line is your price. Every buyer to the right of it can afford this house today.
Their names and their limits. 169 buyers, best fit first, each with the most they can pay. The typical buyer can pay $48,280 more than your price.
The deal goes straight to them. Send the contract and the deal goes only to the buyers looking for a house like this one.

How much can I charge for my assignment fee?
Most beginners either charge too little or ask so much the buyer walks away. MaxFee™ pushes your fee to the highest number buyers will still pay. On the house below, that is $47,800. Above it, the buyer would make less than 15% and pass. At $47,800, 145 buyers would still buy it.
Which of my ads is actually working?
When you start running ads, True Attribution tells you which ones actually turn into deals. A seller might see your Facebook ad, visit your website and disappear for a month, then click a Google ad, get your email, and only then fill in your form. Most tools give all the credit to the last one. Apex Vivus sees every step, so your money goes to the ads that actually bring you deals.
Everything you just saw works together, from the first lead to the closing. The numbers from one step carry into the next, so there is nothing to learn, copy across or keep track of.
That is how you close your first deal without learning it all first.
A step-by-step plan with one goal: getting a wholesale deal done in the next 30 days. It tells you what to do first, what to do next, and what to do every day until you get there.
You do it with a group. A new group starts every Monday, and a board shows where everyone is. On day six you can see who is ahead, who is stuck, and that 115 other people are on the same week as you.
Every day: learn it, then do it. Read the lesson, then do the task. Each task has a name and a time. On day two you learn what wholesaling is and the mistakes to avoid, then file your LLC and apply for your EIN (your business tax number).
It tells you when you fall behind. Six weeks planned out, 30 days tracked, and a running count of what is done and what is left. If you fall behind, it tells you what to skip to catch up.
Every lesson ends with something done. For the website lesson, you log into Apex Vivus and run the setup wizard for 10 to 15 minutes. The lesson is done when your site is live on your own domain and its form sends leads to your CRM. You can listen to a narrator instead of reading.
You hear real seller calls. Four recordings of real motivated sellers, with timestamps: when the seller’s reason for selling comes out, when they start to trust you, and how the call ends with an appointment at 3:10 without talking price or making an offer. Real calls teach you how to sound.
You are never stuck waiting. Filing an LLC takes 3 to 14 days, so while the state has your paperwork you build your website and warm up your ad account. 28 of the steps happen at the same time for exactly this reason.
Before Apex Vivus existed, this was a course. These investors did every step themselves: they built their websites, wrote their pages and waited for Google to rank them. Apex Vivus now does all of that for you. Every post below was published by the person named, on their own account.

I spent years teaching investors how to do this work. Eventually I realized something: much of what I was teaching people to do by hand could be done faster, and more consistently, by software.
So I stopped building another course and started building the system that does the work. That is REILink, and that is Apex Vivus.
Like most of you, nobody handed me anything. I built this the hard way, and every tool I actually needed cost more than I could justify, which made getting anywhere take far longer than it should have. That is why Apex is priced the way it is.
Let’s be honest: at $147 a month, the current industry will barely give you a plain website. Apex Vivus gives you the most advanced tools available on the market. So don’t judge the power of the software by how little it costs. The price is strategic. If we priced Apex like everyone else, only successful operators could afford it, widening the gap between them and the people who need it most.
I want everyone to be able to become successful, not just the people who already are.
