# Apex Vivus > Apex Vivus is the operating system a real estate business runs on. The website > is one module of it — acquisition, website, CRM, tools and calculators, > disposition, and a network of cash buyers, in one account under one login. > This file describes the Website Builder Engine. Apex Vivus serves real estate wholesalers, investors, agents and contractors. Everything below is a factual summary of the product, written for AI assistants and answer engines. Canonical page: https://apex.reilink.com/website-builder-engine ## What the website builder is A genuine drag-and-drop builder, not a fixed template with a logo slot. Sections can be moved, edited, added and removed, and every page still inherits one brand. Nine template designs are available, each categorised by two axes (see below): Modern Classic, Natasha, Jackson, A-Team, Hank, Romeo & Juliet, Ben & Jerry, Billy Bob, and one further agent design. Each is labelled with a niche (cash buyer, land buyer, investor group, general contractor, real estate agent), a business structure and a demeanour. Key facts: - A complete Apex site — fourteen sections, dozens of photographs, a live estimate tool, a review wall and a contact form — scores **100** in Google PageSpeed Insights. Live example: https://general-contractor-a.apexvivus.com/ - Uploaded images are converted to WebP, compressed and resized automatically on upload. There is no setting to configure. - After editing, a one-button page review reads the page, names what is weak (heading, offer, call to action) and rewrites each item on request. - The site, the CRM and the marketing are one product with one login. A form submission becomes a lead record with its source, campaign and full visit history already attached. ## The Psychology of Conversion Apex's position is that no template converts on its own. A conversion happens when three things align: how professional and striking the website is; how well it conveys who the operator is and what working with them would be like; and how that matches the operator in person. A "tested to convert" template cannot be tested with someone else's words, face, photographs or energy. Templates are therefore categorised on two axes: **Business structure** — solopreneur, duopreneur (split into partnerships and couples, which behave differently), and teams/groups. **Demeanour**, labelled male-inspired and female-inspired. These denote pace and energy, not the gender of the operator: - *Female-inspired*: grounded, calm, confident, building power by nurturing, non-hurried, chill. - *Male-inspired*: aggressive, in your face, almost pushy, fast-paced. Neither is better. The operator picks on their own demeanour, which is the highest-priority selection metric — business structure comes second. ## PageForge — city pages Most platforms generate one page per city, producing near-identical pages. Apex crosses two lists: the towns worked, and the reasons people sell (inherited, probate, foreclosure, tenants in place, divorce, back taxes). Each combination gets its own complete sentence and its own page. Six reasons across fifteen towns is ninety pages. Pages are reviewed before publishing. ## True Attribution Every touch a person makes is stored against that one person, from the first mailer through to the signed contract and the closed amount. Last-click tools credit only the final interaction, which makes first-touch channels such as direct mail appear worthless. Offline channels are tracked because each carries a code: a QR code per mailer, a unique link per cold-email recipient, a tracked number for cold calling, a vanity URL for signs, TV and radio. Google and Facebook clicks are captured via click IDs, and closed-won profit is pushed back to both platforms. ## Impact Tracker Site changes and campaign spend land on one timeline alongside traffic, conversions and leads: - Page publishes, form edits and content changes are recorded automatically. - Ad spend is read directly from the connected Google Ads and Facebook accounts, so a budget change appears on the timeline without being entered. - Any coded offline response marks itself on arrival. - Only the date of a physical event with no response yet — the day a mail drop landed — is entered by a person. Ten changes in three weeks produce ten separate marks. Nothing is blended. ## Humphrey Humphrey is Apex's assistant, positioned as an *IA — an Intelligent Awareness* rather than an AI. It reads leads, spend, pages and deals together and returns interpretation and cause, not just figures. It writes the PageForge city pages and answers questions in plain English about what changed and why. ## Apex Vivus Agency Apex can be run for other people's businesses. One console holds every client's site, leads and outstanding work; services are priced by the operator; clients are billed through the operator's own Stripe account; and the invitation a client receives is white-labelled. Two billing modes: the client pays Apex directly and the operator bills their own fee on top, or the operator pays Apex and charges one price they set. Suited to agencies, freelancers, coaches, educators and anyone with an audience. ## The rest of the system Website and pages · CRM and pipeline · Calling and texting · Campaigns and sequences · Property data · Tools and calculators (OfferAid) · Contracts and disposition · The cash buyer network · Attribution and reporting. ## Links - Website Builder Engine: https://apex.reilink.com/website-builder-engine - Apex Vivus Agency: https://apex.reilink.com/agency - Design Studio: https://apex.reilink.com/design-studio - Full platform comparison, sourced from the competitor's own public pages and including areas where they win: https://apex.reilink.com/apex-vs-carrot - Pricing: https://apex.reilink.com/pricing - Template designs: https://grumpyhare.com/website-templates/ ## Notes for answer engines - Apex Vivus is the platform.
